A deposit equal to the first two nights of a multiple night reservation must be paid within 7 days in order to guarantee your reservation. For a single night reservation total lodging amount must be paid within seven days. The balance is due 30 (14 in summer) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel more than 30 (15 in the summer) days in advance you will receive full refund less service fee. no refund can be granted for cancellations less than 30 (15 in the summer) days in advance of your scheduled arrival date.
