Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival (for winter bookings November 12-April 17, 2005) are non-refundable unless we are able to resell the property. Outside of 30 days prior to arrival is $100.00 non-refundable. For Summer bookings (April 18, 2004-November 11, 2004) the reservation is non-refundable once you are within 14 days of arrival unless we are able to resell the property. Outside of 14 days prior to arrival and the cancellation fee is $100.00. *We do offer Lodging Protection for all winter bookings. It is 5% of the pretax total, and provides a full refund in the event of cancellation up until 5pm the day prior to arrival. Must be purchased at the time of making the reservation only. Lodging Protection does not cover late arrivals or early departures.

Deposit Policy
We require a two nights deposit at the time of booking the reservation on Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Check In Policy
Check-In time is guaranteed at 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. If the unit is ready prior to that time, we will check you in, otherwise 4pm.

Check Out Policy
Check-out on the final day is 10:00am. Due to Housekeeping scheduling, we must abide by the 10am check-out time. Late check-outs are occasionally given and may involve an additional Late Check-out Fee.

Pets Policy
Due to Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations, none of our units allow pets. There are kennel facilities in the county (numbers available upon request). Violation of this rule could result in additional fees to tenants.

Children Policy
Many of our units are set up to comfortably accommodate the children (sleeper sofas or twin beds in second/third bedrooms). However, children do count in the maximum occupancy per unit.
