Cancellation Policy
For reservations cancelled MORE than 45 days (60 days for arrivals 12/19-1/2) prior to your expected arrival date an amount equal to your advance payment less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN 45 days (60 days for arrivals 12/19-1/2) of your arrival.
Deposit Policy
An advance deposit equal to the first 2 nights of lodging is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which $100 is non-refundable. Final payment is AUTOMATICALLY charged to your credit card 45 days (60 days for arrivals 12/19-1/2) prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 45 days require payment in full due at time of booking.
Check In Policy
Check in is guaranteed to be no later than 4:00 PM. Please come to our office at 322B North Main Street to check in. *We require a signed credit card impression upon check in for security reasons. If arriving after office hours please access the lock box located next to our office door by pressing in the code: C-1-0-0-9-key button. Inside will be an envelope with a map, instructions and a key to your unit.
Check Out Policy
Check out is at 10: AM. Please return your keys to our office at 322B North Main Street.

Great Western Lodging is a rental agent for condominiums and private homes. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of te accomodation we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of arrival.
